As this is a service, there is no return policy, you can consult more information about the service in the terms of service or by contacting Cinca Riders, S.C.

Refund

The Client may request a refund of the service provided that he/she previously cancels the service by contacting Cinca Riders by telephone. Once the cancellation has been received, the refund will be made according to the following conditions:

7 days before the service takes place, 100% of the amount will be reimbursed.

24 hours before the service, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

The customer may request a change in their reservation up to 24 hours before the service. In this case Cinca Riders, S.C. will not apply any additional charge. In the case of changes to the reservation within less than 24 hours, Cinca Riders, S.C. may apply additional charges and in no case will reimburse the amount of the service.
