At Cinca Riders, we are committed to environmental protection and, taking advantage of the launch of the Rural MICE project ( see HERALDO news here ), we want to convey our vision of sustainability and innovation in ecotourism. We firmly believe that ecotourism should be the path forward for a greener, healthier future for tourist destinations. From our foundation as a startup, sustainability is one of the pillars on which we aim to grow, and for this reason, we have chosen the bicycle as a spearhead towards sustainable tourism. Along these lines, since our inception, we have adopted a series of measures in line with this philosophy:

Obviously, we needed to acquire the bikes to be able to provide the service. Well, one of the factors we factored into our purchasing decision was whether the manufacturer had a solid carbon reduction plan. In this regard, Trek Bike earned one of the highest possible scores (surpassed only by companies that make wooden bikes). Proof of this is their environmental commitment report.
Huesca: The Magic of Ecotourism
We are located in the stunning Huesca region, between the Somontano regions of Barbastro, Sobrarbe, and Ribagorza, known by many as "Magic Huesca," one of the most beautiful and natural areas in Spain. This natural paradise not only offers stunning landscapes but also perfect routes to explore on any type of bicycle, promoting green tourism.
Ground Zero: Spirit of Recovery
One of our most popular areas is in l'Ainsa. Zona Zero is a dream destination for mountain biking, enduro, and road biking enthusiasts. It's not just known for its excellent trails, but also for its mission to restore the area through ecotourism. One of the main focuses of Zona Zero's activity is the restoration of historic trails that connected the different towns in the area. This action has a significant impact on the environment, promoting the restoration of natural spaces, limiting land use and wear, and reducing the impact of potential fires, among many other activities.
Solar Panels and Reducing Environmental Impact
At Cinca Riders, we've installed solar panels at our facilities to power our operations with renewable energy.
